How we use online video to reach more patients
How we use online video to reach more patients
SUMMARY:
The challenge is to find that niche of meeting ever rising expectations for relevant, meaningful, referral worthy internet content. Viral videos [rise/dissipate too quickly]. Because Nebraska Medical Center's 212 streaming video library is relevant, our audience (200K+ views) and overall visibility grow proportional to their forwards/links/reposts. Participating physicians realize increased patient self-referrals. Meanwhile, our self produced videos represent little or no incremental costs -- that nicely complements our other PR/marketing strategies.

Empathy
Nick Dawson shared this video with the caption that he didn't have much more to say as it captures the best in health care social media. I agree with Nick and commend Cleveland Clinic for their profound capture of what quality patient care should be with empathy and listening.
The video is so loud in volume without uttering a single verbal sound.
